What You Can Expect

• Sessions are conducted securely — your privacy is protected by federal law (HIPAA).

• We never record sessions without written permission.

• Notes and records are stored in encrypted electronic systems.

• Only authorized individuals have access to your information.

Your Role

• Choose a quiet, private space for sessions.

• Use a reliable internet connection and your own device.

• Do not record or share your sessions.

• Let us know right away if your connection drops or if someone else is nearby.

Risks and Benefits

Telepractice offers flexibility and convenience, but like any technology, it can experience occasional interruptions. We do everything possible to maintain smooth, secure connections.

Telepractice is not for emergencies. If you ever feel unsafe or need immediate help, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
